If you are not satisfied with the performance of any of our products or
if your order arrives damaged, please contact customer service at 800-451-5523 for return/replacement
instructions.
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Shipping charges & a handling charge of $2.00 apply to most items, unless specified that the items ships
for no additional charges. Connecticut Sales Tax of 6% is applicable on the total purchase, including the
shipping and handling charges, for all orders placed within Connecticut (CT). All residential orders will
be shipped via FedEx Ground Home delivery; commercial orders will be shipped FedEx ground delivery unless
otherwise specified. FedEx will not deliver to postal boxes. Please call customer service for special
shipping requirements. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
